Refund & Cancellation Policy

As Nanneer operates as a non-profit organization, all donations received are nonrefundable
However, refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Technical or transaction failure during payment.
Procedure
  • Send an email to bethechange@nanneer.org within 7 working days of the transaction with relevant details.
  • Verified refund requests will be processed within 10–15 working days through
    the original payment mode.
  • Note:
    Once the donation amount has been utilized toward a project, refunds cannot be
    issued.
